Meal’s over and you get your receipt. You double check your tip math, write it out and sign it, only to realize that you’ve done all your work on the Customer Copy. 

You think you’re going to have to go through all of that work again on the merchant’s receipt. But then you remember that you can just copy the numbers over—you don’t have to redo the math. Whew!
